Job Description

LandMark Implement, Inc. is a progressive John Deere Dealership with multiple locations serving south central and north central regions. We specialize in selling large agricultural equipment, along with parts and service, committed to providing our customers with the latest technology and exceptional support. We are seeking a dynamic South Central Sales Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on expanding our market presence through proactive business development, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth within the territory. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in outside sales, territory management, and B2B relationships to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share within the South Central territory Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts Manage existing accounts by providing tailored solutions, upselling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase equipment capabilities Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software such as Salesforce Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility Provide ongoing customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and offering technical assistance when needed Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within a technical or industrial environment Strong background in account management, business development, and customer service Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos and technical sales presentations effectively Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong analysis capabilities for strategic decision-making Familiarity with agricultural or heavy equipment markets is preferred but not mandatory Ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery This position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals eager to expand their career in a thriving industry. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
