We are bringing on one person in the Hastings area. The role is full-time and built around face-to-face work with the local business community. Your week is spent meeting with the people who run small

• and mid-sized businesses across the area, getting to know their teams, and helping them better care for those teams.

A normal week looks like this. You meet with business owners in their stores, shops, and offices, listening to what they have built and the challenges they face. You bring an approach that helps them care for their employees. You build relationships you can grow over years, not weeks. You work inside a structured process that gets you going quickly and keeps producing as you season into the role.
