What You'll Do:

Build trust through in-home consultations and clear communication. Assess property conditions, document findings, and explain issues simply. Present tailored repair plans with transparent pricing. Coordinate installation details and maintain communication throughout the project. Lead final walkthroughs, ensure satisfaction, and collect payment. Follow up post-project, assist with warranties, and encourage referrals.

What We're Looking For:

Proven sales experience in foundation repair or related fields. Strong communicator focused on customer needs. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative. Valid driver's license and clean record. Ethical, empathetic, and results-driven.
