This role is ideal for someone with B2B outside sales experience in the electronic technology space (preferably life safety and security) who's tired of mergers, acquisitions, micromanagement, and not having the support needed to win and deliver. What You'll Do Own and grow revenue Prospect, qualify, and close opportunities—from cold call to contract Maintain strong account relationships with new and existing customers Develop and maintain working knowledge of Pelmac's products and services Stay current on emerging technologies and how they apply to customer needs Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and successful delivery Plan workdays strategically around pipeline priorities, customer needs, and company initiatives Communicate clearly with customers throughout the sales cycle Preferred Qualifications Proven B2B outside sales experience (security/life safety preferred) Comfortable managing the full sales process from prospecting to close

Self-managing:

effective on the road and in the office Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Passion for technology and the discipline to stay sharp and current Able to build partnerships across multiple vertical markets Reliable transportation and willingness to use it for territory travel Ability to complete drug, driving, and background checks
