Full Job Description Job Brief:

Gorilla Circuits is a well-established PCB Manufacturing company with steady work in the San Jose, CA and Greater Boston area. We have an immediate position available as a Quotations Specialist. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who would like to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepares and provides customers with quotes for full turnkey printed circuit boards
• Verify data against items quoted to ensure accuracy
• Work with numerous distributors and brokers to secure material as needed
• Work within team setting and bring new ideas to the team to promote overall company growth
• Maintain good customer and vendor relationships
• Identify business-critical issues quickly and collaborate with team members to resolve
• Assist the Senior Cost Manager & Sales Managers with all aspects of pricing

Requirements:

• Quotation experience, and inside sales experience preferred
• Ability to collaborate & support quotations associates and managers in a team-oriented environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable as this position often requires multi-tasking
• Ability to identify and navigate priorities based on last-minute changes
• Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent time-management skills
• Must display a high level of integrity and professionalism
• BS in Business Administration or related field (Preferred - not required)

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
