Job Description

CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience supporting sales operations, managing customer orders, and coordinating activities in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate order execution, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Key Responsibilities Execute customer quotes, orders, and order management activities with a high degree of accuracy. Coordinate order requirements through MRP systems and other business tools. Manage customer purchase orders and contractual agreements. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external customer communications. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams. Ensure timely communication and coordination to meet customer requirements. Support training initiatives, testing activities, and special projects. Represent the organization professionally in all customer interactions. Adapt to changing customer needs across multiple markets and business segments. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of customer service experience, including handling customer purchase orders and contracts. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Effective problem-solving and time management skills. Comfortable working with multiple business systems and software applications. Preferred Qualifications Customer service or sales experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience working with MRP systems. Basic knowledge of the Aerospace & Defense industry. Experience supporting customers in a high-volume manufacturing setting. Desired Soft Skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Team-oriented and collaborative mindset. Self-motivated with a strong customer-service focus. Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
