The OEM Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist provides proactive sales support, account coordination, and technical customer assistance to OEM customers and channel partners. As a key member of the commercial team, this role focuses on managing customer relationships throughout the sales cycle — from lead qualification and quotation support to order coordination and post-sale support. The ideal candidate combines strong inside sales skills with technical aptitude and a customer-first mindset, ensuring fast response times, accurate communication, and a high-quality customer experience. This position works closely with sales managers, engineering, operations, and production teams to support OEM accounts and drive long-term customer success.The successful candidate will have:

The OEM Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist is responsible for supporting OEM customers, inside sales activities, and coordinating technical and operational tasks across internal departments. Inside Sales & Pre-Sales Support Manage incoming OEM sales inquiries through email, website, and phone channels. Qualify and triage new business opportunities and route larger opportunities to appropriate sales managers. Develop quotations for components, assemblies, and standard/custom OEM solutions. Support OEM account manager with pricing, lead times, product selection, and proposal preparation. Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and activity within CRM systems. Provide customers with product specifications, technical documentation, and application guidance to support purchasing decisions. Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure quote accuracy and manufacturability. OEM Customer Support & Account Coordination Serve as a primary point of contact for OEM customers regarding order status, product support, and issue resolution. Coordinate post-sale support activities with engineering, production, and operations teams. Triage customer concerns and drive issues to timely and successful resolution. Support customer onboarding, product startup assistance, and first-time implementation activities. Provide technical documentation, manuals, and product usage guidance to customers. Assist with order management, forecasting updates, and customer delivery communications. Build strong long-term relationships with OEM customers through responsive communication and support.Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to execute the above responsibilities effectively while contributing positively to a dynamic sales and customer support environment. The successful candidate should also have: 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, customer support, technical sales support, or OEM account coordination. Technical degree or equivalent experience in engineering, science, manufacturing, or a related technical discipline. Experience supporting OEM or industrial customers in one or more of the following markets: Aerospace Automotive Industrial Equipment Optical & Laser Analytical Instrumentation Electronics or Advanced Manufacturing Demonstrated interpersonal skills with strong phone, verbal, and written communication abilities. Ability to interpret technical product information and communicate effectively with both customers and engineering teams. Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Compensation:
