Cyr Lumber , a locally-owned leader in the building supply industry, is looking for a Sales Professional to join our team as an Outside Sales Rep, Or Estimator, depending on your background and strengths.
What You'll Do:
Manage and grow a book of business made up of contractors, homeowners, and builders Read blueprints and do accurate takeoffs for framing and building materials Provide quotes, create sales orders, and follow through to ensure top-notch customer service Visit job sites, meet with clients, and build relationships that turn into long-term partnerships Proactively seek out new business via networking, cold calls, referrals, and inbound leads Coordinate with inside sales, yard staff, and delivery to ensure jobs go smoothly
What We're Looking For:
Strong knowledge of framing, construction , and building materials Ability to read blueprints and perform material takeoffs Proven ability to close sales , hit goals, and service accounts with professionalism Self-starter who thrives on the road but can also write up accurate sales orders and quotes in the office Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience working with contractors and homeowners is a plus Why Join Cyr Lumber?
