Production Print Sales Consultant

Marco is seeking an experienced Solutions Sales Consultant to join our Production Print sales team. In this role, you'll focus on helping customers solve business challenges — owning opportunities from discovery through close while contributing to overall sales growth within our production print solutions portfolio. This position is well‑suited for a consultative sales professional with hands‑on production print experience who enjoys solving complex business challenges and partnering closely with customers and internal teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Manage and grow a pipeline of production print opportunities to meet and exceed sales goals Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value Lead technical discovery conversations and qualify production print opportunities Design and sell products and services within our robust production print portfolio. Develop a deep understanding of client needs through effective technical documentation and intake processes. Maintain working knowledge of production print technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings

QUALIFICATIONS

Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience preferred (or equivalent experience) Proven experience selling production print solutions A strong consultative sales background with success closing complex opportunities Clear, confident communication skills with customers and internal partners Self‑motivation and comfort working toward defined sales goals Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
