Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, website live chat, Facebook, and Instagram. Follow up with leads and assist customers throughout the sales process. Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues. Reply to comments and direct messages on social media platforms. Post short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) provided by the marketing team or created in-house. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM. Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding pickups and deliveries.
