- $100,000 Objectives of this Role Client Relationship Management o Serve as the primary contact for client needs, questions, and concerns o Build and maintain strong client relationships that support long-term partnerships Accounts & Sales Support o Maintain accurate client records, including contract updates and renewals o Collaborate with sales and internal teams to develop marketing plans and meet KPI goals Product & Service Knowledge o Develop a strong understanding of products and services to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities Responsibilities Sales & Client Development o Convert leads to sales opportunities through clear communication, in-person meetings, and tailored solutions o Present products and services to prospective and current clients o Meet or exceed sales goals by building relationships that support business growth o Identify upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities and share them with the sales team o Address objections and resolve client concerns Project & Proposal Support o Manage project take-offs, product selections, proposal pricing, sales strategy, and service coordination o Estimate project costs under management direction o Travel to customer job sites, including outdoor locations with weather exposure, moving equipment, heights, or other site-specific conditions Reporting & Team Collaboration o Complete weekly sales reports on time o Maintain and grow the customer database o Meet regularly with team members to review progress, share knowledge, and identify ways to improve the business o Attend monthly meetings Professional Growth & Brand Support o Participate in trade shows and networking events to build brand awareness and support territory growth o Continuously strengthen sales skills and product knowledge Required Skills and Qualifications Sales & Client Experience o Sales or customer service experience with business owners in construction, hospitality, or facilities o Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and earning positive customer feedback o Money motivated o Trainable o Goal oriented o Setting budgets for project o Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience Construction & Industry Knowledge o Jobsite familiarity o Take accurate measurements o Minimum of five (5) years of experience in construction-related services Communication & Relationship Skills o Values customer relationships o Strong networking and relationship-building skills o Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Cognitive Skills o Critical thinking o Problem solving o Communication skills o Spatial awareness o Active listening o Prioritizing Organization & Technology o Excellent organization, planning, and attention to detail o Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once o Ability to use an iPad o Proficiency with customer relationship management software and applications, such as Salesforce, Outlook and Good Notes Licenses & Certifications o Valid driver's license for at least one (1) year, with no major or repeated traffic violations o Professional certifications, such as Dale Carnegie training, preferred Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401(k) with company match Paid time off Company-paid life insurance Company-paid short•and long-term disability insurance Salary plus commission Additional perks and benefits
