Work with Brands that are in High Demand! As a BDC representative, you will be responsible for following up on assigned internet leads, inbound phone calls, lease, and retail maturities and unsold leads. You must be a customer service-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills in order to manage a high volume of incoming customer leads. BDC Representatives will be expected to report on their performance and progress on a daily basis. Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to internet inquiries and sales calls with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism. Maintain contact with and set appointments for lease and retail maturities to ensure client loyalty. Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM. Generate sales appointments for our professional Sales & Leasing Representatives. Conduct phone surveys to assess customer wants and needs. Effectively utilize lead management tools. Learn and have knowledge of manufacturer brands, models, features, options, etc. Must be comfortable making 100+ outbound follow-up calls to our prospects daily. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction. Attend daily/weekly sales meetings. Meet with the team leaders, sales managers or the director regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Efficient typing, emailing and texting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Ideal candidates should have sales experience and/or a college degree. Two years Internet / BDC Sales experience is preferred. A candidate with effective communication skills and strong organizational skills will excel in this position.
