Sales Duties of Cold Caller/ Business Development Associate Cold calling on new opportunities for providing Housekeeping, Laundry, and Maintenance Services for both Long Term Care Facilities and Hospitals Updating and maintaining an already developed data base. This position will work closely with the Sales Coordinator This position requires heavy phone usage and data entry. Qualifications for Cold Caller/ Business Development Associate High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, associate's degree preferred 1 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably contract management Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Works in clean, well-lighted, heated and ventilated building (rooms and corridors). The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
