Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals through new activations, upgrades, accessories, add on services, and customer retention. Generate new business by reaching out to current and former customers, participating in community events, promoting Cricket Wireless on social media, distributing flyers, and building relationships with local businesses. Open and close the store, handle cash, complete deposits, and maintain inventory. Keep the store clean, organized, and ready to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Stay up to date on products, promotions, and sales techniques through company training. Communicate with your team through WhatsApp to celebrate wins, share ideas, and help each other succeed. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management. What We're Looking For A positive, energetic, and competitive attitude. Someone who enjoys talking to people and is motivated by sales and earning commissions. At least 6 months of retail, sales, or customer service experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods on the sales floor. No Wireless Experience? No Problem.
