Business Development Specialist

Business Development Specialist Position Overview:

Business Development Specialist leverages the company's existing resources and drives growth through external partnerships. In other words, it identifies potential customers, communicates with them effectively, and expands the company's market.

Responsibilities:

Analyzing industry trends, evaluating internal capabilities, developing target partner profiles, and conducting initial outreach. Supporting BD with client introductory meetings, project presentations, and other related tasks. Building effective partnerships with other internal teams. Any task assigned by the supervisor deemed necessary for the proper conduct of the business.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience in related industries.

Experience:

Prior experience in clinical/medicine/pharmaceutics. A proven ability to understand business and learn very quickly. Previous experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is preferred.

Skills:

Mandarin speaking is mandatory for the candidate's capability An exacting and high level of attention to detail for customer support with experience and a proven ability to multi-task. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple international locations and with a wide variety of professionals. Excellent organizational and time management skills Good communication skills

Salary:

$70K - $100

$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
