About the Position Handle inbound inquiries for new, current, or previous customers via phone or website, maintain project pipeline, and manage early stages of new projects by introducing Gridd via screen share to stakeholders who have not used our product before. Send handshakes to our preferred contractors and ask questions to understand the entire 360 degree view of all project stakeholders. Core Responsibilities Respond to all inbound inquiries made by new, current, and previous customers via phone or website. Maintain regular and timely correspondence with stakeholders after initial inquiry to keep the project pipeline accurate and up to date. Present screenshares to introduce Gridd to different stake holders (GC, End User, Sub Contractor etc.) Advise stakeholders on benefits of the Gridd System and Gridd Power to ensure the best outcome for the end user Maintain the Salesforce Database for client communication, project details, and reporting. Maintain physical and electronic project files. Create Agenda/Report for Daily Advisor Pipeline Meeting Travel to trade shows and exhibitions six times a year with President/CEO and Marketing to promote FreeAxez Tracking potential lead generation on
Bid Sites:
Construct Connect, Arcat, and Speclink. Track open pricing requests and refreshes. Generate estimates in Salesforce using Gridd Price Request Form, complete installation binders and folders and send pro forma invoices. Actively administer the pipeline and verify accuracy of information in Salesforce with support of full Advisor team. Establish routine activity reporting to include such information as: Inquiries, Price Requests, Orders, Drawings, etc. Basic Skills Necessary to Accomplish This Job Highly proficient in succinct communication, time management, file organization, following and updating processes. Strong ability to communicate with clients and stake holders both over the phone and through email, to ask the right questions to understand client needs and recommend solutions, review bills of material for projects against drawings and estimates/purchase orders, use Salesforce to document correspondence and keep up to date project information. Ability to read construction drawings, accept constructive feedback, adapt to changing project timelines and conditions Comfortable generating estimates in Salesforce using Gridd Price Request Form, complete installation binders and folders and sending pro forma invoices. Comfortable working in a diverse team environment across departments; assisting other departments to resolve questions and discrepancies. Understanding and prioritizing multiple projects priorities and reconciling their competing needs. Background and Qualifications Education
•bachelor's degree 2-5 years of experience in project management or a similar field Physical requirements
•able to sit at a desk in front of a screen for 8+ hours a day and able to move around the office to coordinate with different departments. Able to fly and attend trade shows, standing all day.
Pay:
$65,000.00
•$75,000.00 per year
