Over the past several years, we've built a strong reputation serving warehouses, manufacturers, logistics companies, food facilities, schools, healthcare organizations, and other commercial clients throughout the region. Today, we're expanding our business development team and looking for someone who wants to grow with us. This is a hunter role. You'll spend your time identifying opportunities, introducing our services to local businesses, building relationships with decision-makers, and generating new accounts. Some days you'll be prospecting by phone. Other days you'll be visiting businesses in person. The common thread is creating opportunities and turning them into long-term clients. You do not need pest control experience. What matters is initiative, persistence, professionalism, and the ability to stay productive without constant supervision. If you've sold before, great. If not, we're willing to train the right person who is motivated, coachable, and eager to learn. We're not looking for someone who wants to sit behind a desk waiting for leads. We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, opening doors, and creating business where none existed before. What you'll be doing: Build your pipeline by identifying and signing new commercial clients Generate your own leads and set your own appointments Follow up, follow through, and close Learn how our services solve high-stakes problems for businesses Own your calendar and your territory Collaborate with a team that pushes and supports each other
Compensation & Benefits:
$110K+ on-target earnings (W2) $50K base + uncapped commissions paid monthly Exclusive territory (awarded according to individual fit) Health insurance reimbursement Company vehicle, gas card, and EZ Pass (after hitting milestones) Company tablet + phone with data Paid time off starting immediately Quarterly bonus for consistent performance We're looking for: Self-motivated, competitive professionals People who get things done without needing to be micromanaged Sales experience is a plus — but not required Strong communication skills, grit, and a bias for action If you're competitive, self-motivated, and looking for a role where your effort directly affects your income and advancement, we'd like to talk.
