Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Comfort Advisor, where you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences in the home services industry. In this energetic role, you will engage with prospective clients, understand their heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs, and guide them toward tailored solutions. Your expertise in residential HVAC sales and project management will drive business growth while ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in outside sales, territory management, and business development within a supportive and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Conduct engaging product demonstrations and consultations to educate customers on Residential and Commercial HVAC systems and indoor comfort solutions Identify customer needs through active listening and technical assessments, then recommend appropriate products and services Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and community outreach to expand the customer base within assigned territories Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling additional services, and ensuring customer retention Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize market penetration and sales opportunities Utilize CRM software such as Service Titan to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Negotiate pricing, financing options, and service agreements to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability Skills Proven experience in outside Residential HVAC sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a focus on management or business development Strong understanding of CRM software platforms like Service Titan for lead generation and account management Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding customer service abilities Ability to conduct product information demonstration confidently and upsell complementary solutions Skilled in territory management, cold calling, inside sales, and territory sales strategies Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and develop targeted marketing approaches Effective communication skills for engaging diverse audiences and building lasting client relationships This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to grow their career in sales while making a tangible difference in customers' lives. Pay:
$125,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
