Automotive Sales Consultant Video & Customer Experience (No Experience Required)

Job Description We're Not Looking for "Car Salespeople." Route 18 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is building a different kind of sales team. We're looking for high-energy, coachable individuals who are ready to: Learn a proven process Communicate with customers daily Use video to stand out Be part of a fast-paced, accountable environment No automotive experience required. If you've worked in retail, hospitality, fitness, or any customer-facing role—you may be a strong fit. What This Role Looks Like This is not a sit-and-wait job.

You will:

Follow up with customers (phone, text, email) Work closely with our BDC team Create short, simple videos for customers Help guide people through one of the biggest purchases they'll make Stay organized and consistent with daily activity We will train you. We cannot train effort, attitude, or energy.
