We are looking for a motivated, professional, and hungry In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, perform inspections, and provide solutions that improve comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality. This is a high-opportunity sales role with company-generated leads. No cold calling. No door knocking. Our marketing team provides qualified appointments directly to you. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments Perform attic, crawlspace, insulation, and energy-efficiency inspections Identify customer concerns and recommend solutions Create estimates and present proposals Follow up on open opportunities Maintain accurate notes and records in CRM Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first appointment to signed contract What We Provide Qualified company-generated leads CRM and sales tools Ongoing sales and product training Strong marketing support Compensation Commission-based compensation with uncapped earnings Top performers earn $90,000-$225,000+ annually Weekly pay Performance bonuses available Requirements In-home sales experience preferred Home improvement, roofing, insulation, HVAC, solar, pest control, or related industry experience is a major plus Strong communication and closing skills Ability to climb ladders and inspect attics/crawlspaces Valid driver's license and clean driving record Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and CRM systems What Success Looks Like Consistently closing 30%+ of appointments Maintaining excellent customer reviews Following Atticare's sales process Taking ownership of your results and income Why Join Atticare?
