We are a New Jersey-based transportation company operating 70+ refrigerated trailers and nationwide capacity. Alongside our brokerage division, we prioritize moving freight on our own assets first, giving you a major advantage when closing customers. This is not a typical broker role — you're backed by real trucks, real lanes, and consistent long-haul freight. ⸻

What You'll Do:

• Prospect and acquire direct shipper customers
• Cold call, email, and build long-term relationships with manufacturers & distributors
• Focus on NJ outbound freight and long-haul lanes
• Cover freight using in-house assets first, then brokerage network when needed
• Manage loads, pricing, and customer communication end-to-end
• Build and grow your own book of business ⸻

What We're Looking For:

• Strong sales mindset
• Confident on the phone — able to cold call and close
• Willing to learn or experienced in reefer / long-haul freight
• Organized, competitive, and self-driven
• Someone who wants to grow into a leadership role
• Someone with history in logistics, transportation, and / or Dispatching.
