Develop and execute strategies to grow profitable revenue and customer spend within assigned accounts, targeted markets, and priority industries. Conduct outbound prospecting focused on dormant and inactive customers, digital and general marketing leads, current customers, and new customers aligned with the location's capabilities. Maintain accurate and timely customer, prospect, activity, and opportunity information within the CRM system. Participate in pricing, proposal, and commercial discussions in coordination with the General Manager and appropriate internal teams. Monitor sales, bookings, quotation activity, conversion rates, customer spend, pipeline value, and new-business awards, and develop account growth plans for strategic and high-potential customers. Conduct customer business reviews and account discussions to understand current requirements, future demand, upcoming programs, and sourcing priorities. Serve as an escalation point for significant commercial or customer-satisfaction issues and coordinate internally to drive timely resolution. Develop targeted visit plans based on growth potential, dormant business, competitive opportunities, manufacturing capabilities, and priorities established with the General Manager. Represent the location and MW Fasteners at customer meetings, trade shows, supplier conferences, and industry events, and document visits, follow-up actions, and market intelligence in the CRM system.
