This is a field sales role focused on prospecting, in-person visits, follow-ups, and repeat business for someone who already knows how to prospect, manage a pipeline, and close. If you enjoy being out in the community, talking with business owners, and turning conversations into long-term clients, this role gives you autonomy, structure, and real earning potential. Why You'll Want This Job You spend the majority of your day out in the field , not stuck behind a desk You build real relationships with local businesses in your territory You own your route, your follow-ups, and your results You sell tangible products businesses actually need and reorder You see the direct impact of your effort in repeat and growing accounts This is a salary-based role plus uncapped commission , with unlimited growth potential What You'll Do Visit businesses throughout an assigned territory, including offices, retail locations, restaurants, and industrial parks Introduce the Fully Promoted brand and explain our apparel, promotional products, and branding services Identify new business opportunities through in-person prospecting Build rapport with business owners and decision-makers Present product options, promotions, and solutions tailored to customer needs Gather customer information and return qualified leads for quoting Deliver quotes and follow up consistently to close business Maintain an organized follow-up system for leads and active prospects Re-market assigned areas on a recurring basis Support existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business Complete Fully Promoted sales training, including prospecting techniques, objection handling, and suggestive selling What We're Looking For 1 - 3 years of experience in territory sales, B2B sales, direct marketing , or a high-contact people-facing role, no degree required Background in food and beverage, hospitality, or service industries is a strong plus Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers daily Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage territory and follow-ups independently Basic computer skills and willingness to learn sales and CRM systems Understanding of sales and marketing fundamentals About Fully Promoted Fully Promoted helps businesses grow through custom apparel, promotional products, and branded marketing solutions .
