In addition to the salary, the candidate can earn commission for new business. Responsibilities Prospect and qualify potential clients through targeted outreach, leveraging CRM software such as HubSpot to track interactions and pipeline status Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand our customer base and market reach Engage in consultative sales conversations, demonstrating the value of our solutions and negotiating terms that align with client needs Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication with prospects and clients Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and understanding their evolving needs Utilize CRM tools to monitor sales activities, update records, and generate reports for leadership review Experience Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within a B2B environment Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot for managing customer data and sales pipelines Strong understanding of strategic planning, negotiation techniques, and project management principles Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively Knowledge of marketing strategies and customer relationship management best practices is highly desirable Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Planning projects and execution.
