Our platform enables beauty brands, manufacturers, and business partners to make faster, smarter, and data-driven business decisions through a single integrated AI platform. As part of our North American expansion, we are establishing our U.S. operation in Fort Lee, New Jersey, where our business will operate under the VUSSENS brand. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and bilingual Business Operations Specialist to become one of the founding members of our U.S. team. Working directly with the U.S. Managing Director, you will play a critical role in supporting and building every aspect of our U.S. business, including finance, accounting, HR, administration, sales operations, marketing support, Salesforce CRM, and coordination with our Korea headquarters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and growing with an innovative global AI technology company.
  • Key Responsibilities Support and coordinate day-to-day business operations across the U.
S. organization Manage finance and accounting administration, including AP/AR, invoices, expense reports, budgeting support, and coordination with our external CPA firm Support recruiting, onboarding, payroll administration, employee benefits, HR documentation, compliance, and office administration Manage office administration, vendor relationships, contracts, corporate documentation, operational processes, and business systems Maintain Salesforce CRM, including customer records, sales activities, pipeline management, reporting, and customer communications Support quotations, proposals, contracts, customer onboarding, sales operations, and customer support activities Support marketing campaigns, webinars, exhibitions, trade shows, customer events, and promotional activities Prepare bilingual reports, presentations, executive communications, and business documentation Coordinate communication between the U.S. office and Korea headquarters Support executive schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, strategic initiatives, and special projects Improve operational processes and support cross-functional projects as the company grows Handle confidential business, financial, and HR information with professionalism and discretion Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support the company's continued growth and evolving business needs.

S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position Fluent in Korean and English (written and verbal) Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of relevant professional experience preferred Experience in Business Operations, Administration, Finance, Accounting, HR, Payroll, Office Management, or related fields Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce CRM, QuickBooks, or similar business applications Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, professionalism, and integrity
