Full Job Description Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative's responsibility is to develop new business opportunities and maintain current customer relationships through proactive phone contact management. This includes phone support on new leads and current customers. The Inside Sales Representative works with the regional sales teams to determine the needs of the customers and the action plan to meet those needs. This role has multiple openings supporting various regions across the country. Expected working hours will differ based on the region you are supporting.
Responsibilities:
Consults with customers to enhance business performance by providing consultative selling strategies Sells hearing aids and accessories over the phone to assigned customers in a Sales region. Sells Oticon Business Support Programs (OBSS) to assigned customers in a Sales region. Partners with Account/Regional Managers to strategize on business development tactics to improve customer's bottom line and partner with regional sales team to meet the sales projection of the region. Manages territories through proactive outbound phone calls to new, current and focus accounts promoting Oticon products and services to achieve individual and department sales objectives. Executes on all sales promotional activities. Devises strategy for all co-op and equipment loan contracts and follow up on rebate programs. Utilize Salesforce daily to manage schedule, follow ups, log all sales activities and track daily units. Responsible for maintaining and updating contact information in the Salesforce system. Manages customer relationships to both independent and pediatric accounts and provides professional and courteous customer support Occasional overnight travel required
  • Participates in sales related functions as needed: such as the National Sales Meeting, Regional Sales Meetings, and the AAA convention.
Participates in periodic national and regional sales conference calls. Responsible to meet daily sales requirements including sales calls and talk time as well as quarterly regional forecasts. May perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by manager.
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree is preferred; preferably in business administration or other related fields. (Or 3+ years equivalent Sales/account management experience. Proven experience with building relationships within territory. Ability to sell products and services over the phone using a consultative approach. Proven ability to problem solve independently. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Experience in medical device industry, preferred. Company Values We Create Trust

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $53040 to $70030 per year; however, while the salary range is effective as of the date of this posting, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as bonus, commissions, or discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
