Our customers rely on us for professional-grade materials, equipment, and technical expertise. We operate a clean, organized, and professional store environment — and expect our team to take pride in maintaining it. We are building this location for long-term growth and are looking for someone who wants to grow with it. Position Overview This role combines sales, merchandising, daily operations, and closing accountability. The right candidate will build strong contractor relationships, drive revenue growth, and take full ownership of maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked showroom. This is an active, hands-on role — not a sit-behind-the-counter position. ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service Assist contractors and walk-in customers Recommend solutions based on project needs Process transactions and generate invoices Pull and stage materials for pickup Follow up to build repeat business Merchandising & Inventory Ensure showroom shelves are fully stocked and professionally presented Maintain organized, labeled, and visually clean displays Monitor inventory levels and restock proactively Store Operations & Maintenance Maintain a clean and organized showroom and warehouse Clean and maintain restroom facilities Organize inventory and ensure safe storage Daily Closing Responsibilities Sweep and mop floors daily as part of closing duties Take out trash and break down boxes Complete End-of-Day (EOD) sales report Review and reconcile daily transactions Ensure no open or unresolved invoices remain at closing Qualifications Sales experience preferred (B2B or contractor sales a plus) Strong work ethic and self-motivated Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Must be able to lift 50 lbs Forklift experience is a bonus Construction, coatings, or concrete knowledge is a plus No "that's not my job" mentality Compensation & Growth $40,000 base salary Annual performance bonus Yearly compensation increases based on performance We are looking for someone who takes pride in the store as if it were their own.
