Job Description

Position Summary JAC Inc. is seeking a motivated and proactive Construction Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to help expand our project pipeline and strengthen our market presence. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, developers, property managers, and decision-makers to secure invitations to bid, while also maintaining and enhancing the company's digital presence through website and LinkedIn updates. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, persistent, and understands the construction industry sales cycle. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and research prospective clients, general contractors, developers, and project opportunities Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to establish new relationships Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication Secure invitations to bid and prequalification opportunities Track leads, contacts, and bid opportunities in CRM/database Coordinate with estimating and project management teams regarding opportunities Monitor bid boards and industry opportunities Marketing & Brand Presence Maintain and update company website content Manage and update company LinkedIn page Create and post project updates, company announcements, and marketing content Assist in preparing qualification packages, capability statements, and proposal support materials Help maintain marketing collateral and company presentation materials Qualifications 2+ years of business development, sales, marketing, or construction industry experience preferred Construction industry experience strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and follow-up skills Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building Experience with LinkedIn business outreach Familiarity with website content updates (WordPress or similar preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/database tracking Preferred Existing construction industry contacts Experience working with subcontractors, general contractors, or commercial construction firms Understanding of bidding processes and prequalification requirements What Success Looks Like Increased invitations to bid Expanded network of Client/ Tenant relationships Consistent company visibility online Well-maintained opportunity pipeline
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
