Lead Generation & Outreach :

Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and SMS.

Qualifying Prospects :

Assess client requirements, job skills, practical experience, academic experience, corporate cultural experience, particular management styles or attitudes that fit into the corporate culture, and other relevant information.

Pipeline Management :

Track customer interactions in the CRM, follow up diligently, and nurture leads through the sales cycle.

Collaboration :

Work closely with executives, marketing teams, sales managers, HR leaders, hiring managers and other support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Compensation :

Competitive base salary with unlimited commission potential plus paid training and ongoing mentorship.
