Job Description
Our client is seeking a Customer Success Representative who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is not a scripted call center role—we're looking for someone who thinks critically, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls and emails from donors and charities. Troubleshoot software and platform-related issues, guiding users through our online system. Resolve customer inquiries by identifying solutions and collaborating with operations and development teams when needed. Identify recurring customer challenges and recommend process improvements. Stay current on platform updates while providing friendly, personalized support. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, "figure it out" mindset. Comfortable learning new technology and troubleshooting software. Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer service or customer success experience preferred. Experience supporting software products, CRM, or help desk platforms is a plus. #
