Role:
Brainy n Bright is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our USA team. The role will focus on generating new business opportunities, building relationships with schools, parents, and organizations, and promoting BNB's STEM education programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, parents, educational organizations, and potential partners. Promote BNB's STEM programs, workshops, camps, and educational offerings. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments, partnerships, and business opportunities. Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to increase BNB's presence in the USA market. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and delivery of programs. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and conversions. Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Research local market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities. Represent BNB professionally at meetings, events, school visits, exhibitions, and community activities. Provide regular updates and reports on sales and marketing activities to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Education, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a related role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Good knowledge of the local USA market and education sector will be an advantage. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace, and digital communication platforms. Ability to travel locally for meetings, school visits, events, and business development activities when required.
