Infinity Energy is one of the fastest-growing residential solar companies in the Northeast , and we're looking for driven, outgoing individuals to join our Field Marketing team. No solar experience needed—just the hunger to win and the confidence to knock on a door . Position Overview As a Field Marketing Representative , you'll be the tip of the spear —the first face homeowners see when they discover how solar can transform their energy costs. You'll work residential neighborhoods across Northern New Jersey, spark real conversations , and set qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants to close. This isn't a desk job. This is for people who thrive outdoors, feed off competition, and want to be rewarded for their results . What You'll Do Every Day Own your territory—canvass targeted residential neighborhoods with energy and purpose Engage homeowners in authentic, value-driven conversations about going solar Educate prospects on available incentives, cost savings, and why now is the right time Qualify leads and book in-home or virtual consultations for the sales team Track your daily metrics and compete to hit—and exceed—your activity goals Represent the Infinity Energy brand with professionalism, positivity, and pride Who Thrives in This Role You don't need a resume full of sales experience—you need the right mindset : You're a natural communicator who can connect with anyone in 30 seconds You're comfortable with door-to-door outreach and face-to-face conversations You bring high energy, thick skin, and a relentlessly positive attitude You're self-motivated and competitive—you keep score and you play to win You can work on your feet outdoors for extended periods, rain or shine Prior experience in sales, canvassing, hospitality, or customer service is a plus—but we'll train the right person from scratch
