This fully onsite role supports customer inquiries, pricing activities, and day-to-day sales coordination while helping move opportunities from first contact through completion. The ideal candidate brings a customer-focused approach, strong follow-through, and the ability to balance multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries, gather relevant details, and guide customers toward suitable products or service options.

- Oversee sales-related activity from the initial request through final outcome, ensuring timely communication at each stage.
- Manage order updates, requested changes, and sensitive customer interactions with care while coordinating internal support when needed.
- Support new customer setup activities and help maintain a smooth onboarding experience.

- Demonstrated follow-up discipline with the ability to keep quotes, leads, and open items moving forward.
- Comfortable supporting sales activity and helping convert inquiries into completed business.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to handle challenging customer conversations calmly and productively.
- Self-directed work style with the ability to stay productive and accountable in an onsite setting.
