Present product demos and technical information about motor oil formulations, benefits, and applications to prospective clients. Manage existing accounts through regular follow-ups, upselling premium products, and ensuring customer satisfaction with tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of sale to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong customer relationships. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on automotive or industrial products. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales operations effectively. Expertise in business development strategies including lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for customer relationship management. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding customer service abilities to foster long-term partnerships.
