Competitive salary Employee discounts Free uniforms Paid time off Job Summary Courtyard by Marriott North Brunswick is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the hotel's sales efforts. This role will act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities and maximizing overall team performance. Key Responsibilities Support daily operations of the sales department Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, group bookings, and coordination Maintain sales records, contracts, and documentation Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication for the sales team Monitor sales progress and identify areas for improvement Ensure all sales systems, tools, and materials are up to date Work closely with operations to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred 2-4 years of experience in hospitality or sales support role Prior hotel experience preferred (Marriott experience a plus) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with hotel systems (Delphi, Opera, Marriott systems) is a plus Preferred Skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Growth opportunities within Marriott and Garnet Hotels Supportive team environment
