We are growing and seeking a motivated Business Development/Sales Specialist with strong experience in the window industry and one of the following manufacturers: Pella, Marvin, Andersen, Sierra Pacific, Lepage, or Kolbe. This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role focused on expanding our presence with contractors, builders, designers, architects, and developers, not homeowners.

Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of commercial and residential project partners. Present Panorama Art's technical capabilities, design options, and installation solutions to industry professionals. Advise clients on the best window systems for new construction, replacements, and historic or landmark-adjacent projects. Strengthen relationships with architects and design teams to influence specifications and project planning. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate, code-compliant proposals and submittals. Participate in site visits, contractor meetings, and industry events to promote the brand. Coordinate closely with operations and installation teams to support a seamless customer experience from proposal to completion. Qualifications Prior experience in the windows and doors industry is required. Solid understanding of window materials, performance, installation methods, and energy efficiency requirements. The ideal candidate must have experience selling products from at least one of the following manufacturers: Pella, Marvin, Anderson, Sierra Pacific, LePage, and/or Colby & Colby. Existing NJ construction, architectural, or developer relationships are a strong advantage. Demonstrated success in B2B sales or business development. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and compliance requirements. Professional, self-motivated, and comfortable representing a high-quality brand in the field. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout New Jersey. Compensation & Benefits Full-time, W-2 position. Highly competitive base salary, with realistic potential earnings of 120,000+ (with commissions at 5%).
