Sales Representative

1. Receive and process orders, requests, and complaints from customers. 2. Provide customers with information and support regarding the products or services offered by the company. 3. Offer product suggestions, resolve problems and complaints, or respond to general inquiries. 4. Verify the accuracy of orders, ensuring that all necessary information is captured, such as product details, quantities, prices, discounts, and shipping information. 5. Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, warehouse, and logistics, to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered on time. 6. Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers and effectively handle inquiries. 7. Maintain communication with Dispatch and Warehouse to ensure product availability, resolve delivery issues, and provide customers with accurate delivery times. 8. Answer phone calls and email requests and keep records of customer service. 9. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement in the ordering process and proposing solutions. 10. Demonstrate a deep understanding of corporate values and use them to provide exceptional customer service. 11. Communicate with customers to resolve any order discrepancies, address inquiries, and provide order updates if needed. 12. Make client visits 13.
