New York Cosmos & New Jersey Jackals | Paterson, NJ About the Opportunity The New York Cosmos and New Jersey Jackals are looking to build relationships with local businesses and organizations interested in connecting with their communities through sports, events, and local partnerships. We are seeking a motivated, well-connected sales professional who can open doors, develop new business relationships, and secure sponsorship and corporate partnership opportunities for both teams. This is a commission-only opportunity suited for someone with an established network in the local business community who wants to leverage their connections and earn based on the business they bring in. What You'll Do Identify and develop new corporate sponsorship and business partnership opportunities. Leverage existing relationships with local businesses, business owners, community organizations, and corporate decision-makers. Sell sponsorship packages, advertising opportunities, event partnerships, and other revenue-generating partnerships across both teams. Introduce prospective partners to the Cosmos and Jackals, help develop proposals, and work with the organization to close deals. Build a pipeline of new business partners and maintain relationships to encourage future renewals and additional opportunities. Who We're Looking For Someone with strong connections throughout the Paterson, Passaic County, and broader North Jersey business community. A natural relationship builder who is comfortable networking with business owners and decision-makers. Experience in sales, sponsorships, advertising, business development, media, or community relations is preferred. Someone who is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. An individual who can bring existing relationships and turn them into measurable revenue. Compensation This is a commission-only position with earnings directly tied to the sponsorship and partnership business you generate. There is no traditional base salary. Compensation is earned on completed sales under an agreed-upon commission structure, with the potential to grow earnings by developing new accounts and long-term corporate partnerships. Why Join Us?
