Corporate isn't hiring. We are — and we'll pay you what you're actually worth. Apollo Improvements is a licensed, GAF Certified Plus roofing company growing fast across New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. We're hiring a small group of hungry, driven people we'll personally train into six-figure closers. No degree or experience required — just be coachable, reliable, and ready to change your life. Our founder has personally done over $4 million in sales in a single year — and now he's teaching that exact playbook to a new team. What you'll do:
- Knock doors in your territory and talk to homeowners about their roof (we train you on every word).
- Help homeowners win their insurance claims and get the roof they're owed.
- Learn the real trade — roof anatomy, storm damage, building requirements, and the install — so you speak with authority.
- Follow our proven process from knock to close, and get paid on what you sell. What you'll earn:
- Uncapped commission. Estimated range $60,000
- 200,000/yr, with top reps and team leaders earning well beyond that.
- New reps who put in the work typically build toward six figures in their first 12-24 months — and we show you exactly how.
- A clear growth path: Rep to Senior Rep to Team Leader to Manager as we expand across NJ, NY, and CT. Who we're looking for:
- Hungry — you want more than the life you have right now.
- Coachable — you take feedback and run with it.
- Reliable — you show up and do what you say.
- Comfortable talking to people and hearing "no" on the way to "yes."
- Have reliable transportation and can work in the field 5+ days per week.
Pay:
$60,000.00- $200,000.
