The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess strong negotiation skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with potential clients, managing sales pipelines, and closing high-end automobile sales. Multilingual abilities and experience with CRM software are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and streamline sales processes. The Car Sales Executive will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and promoting our inventory through effective marketing and outreach strategies. Duties Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and B2B sales outreach. Conduct product presentations and demonstrate vehicle features to clients, showcasing the benefits of our inventory. Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring a smooth customer journey. Negotiate terms, pricing, and financing options to maximize deal value while maintaining customer satisfaction. Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, insurance, and accessories to increase revenue per sale. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new customers and promoting high-end vehicle sales. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive dealership experience. Assist in inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels of high-demand vehicles. Participate in public speaking events or promotional activities to enhance dealership visibility within the community. Qualifications Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or related fields such as dealership experience or B2B sales. Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities. Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously. Knowledge of retail math, negotiation techniques, and upselling strategies. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Demonstrated ability in outbound sales, cold calling, and developing a robust sales pipeline. Strong interpersonal skills combined with a professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
