Show competency with rates, commissions, SMT, digital price presentation, F.A. Questions. Provide awareness within the local community of what LA Fitness has to offer as well as the ability to create a sense of urgency in becoming a part of our member base. Generate personal contacts, business contacts along with daily appointments to tour our facility from your marketing efforts. Knowledge within community events ensuring club participation and are actively involved. Exceptional external marketing and relationship building through our community outreach program. Ability to excel in an environment that sets goals, tracks progress, and strives for growth. Ability to effectively communicate expectations to staff and create a winning culture. Possess excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills. Must be enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly as well as passionate.
