as a Home Care Private Duty RN/LPN, where you will provide compassionate and personalized care to pediatric patients. We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients while offering a supportive environment for our healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and assess patient health status and report changes. Provide direct care and support to pediatric patients and young adults in their homes. Educate families on care plans and health management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and agency policies.

Requirements:

Current RN or LPN license in New Jersey. Experience in pediatric nursing preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care. Flexible availability for full-time or part-time shifts.
