Skills Strong understanding of pricing strategies and the ability to communicate value effectively Solid math skills for handling transactions, calculating discounts, and managing inventory counts Proven ability in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and collaborating with team members Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing product displays Physical capability for traveling for trainings possibly up to a week at a time Organizational skills to manage schedules, and customer records efficiently HVAC experience is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your drive makes a difference!
