About mamas play: mamas play is a warm, welcoming, safe, and modern indoor play space where kids can play while parents access the resources they want, need, and deserve. Our services include daily open play, memberships, special events, kids' classes (art, yoga, meditation), mama wellness classes and support groups, snacks and beverages, merchandise, and Mini Mamas Market featuring local vendors. We're a growing team and need your help to create an amazing experience for our families! About the
Position:
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and energetic Part-Time Sales Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who loves working with families and children, enjoys a community-focused environment, and is excited to grow with a small business. Applicants must be at least 18 years old .
Compensation & Schedule:
$16/hour plus tips Shifts available weekdays and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the shop independently after training Welcome clients, manage check-in, and handle point-of-sale transactions Prepare and serve beverages (barista duties using our La Marzocco espresso machine) Keep the space tidy and organized Sell merchandise, memberships, and entry passes Interact with clients — both parents and children — in a warm, engaging manner Assist with creating social media content (Instagram, Reels, Stories) Support birthday parties and special events with setup and breakdown
Who You Are:
Dependable, punctual, and proactive Great with kids and families Outgoing and personable Comfortable using social media Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player Friendly, approachable, and ready to contribute to a positive work environment
