1+ years of automotive BDC experience
SCHEDULE 9 AM
to 7:30 PM, Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday
WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN INTERNET SALES COORDINATOR BDC AUTOMOTIVE
As an Internet Sales Coordinator in the BDC at Automotive Avenues, you start your day reviewing fresh internet leads and inbound inquiries, quickly responding to customers via phone, email, and text to schedule appointments and provide information on our extensive inventory. You manage follow-ups with precision, using our CRM to ensure no opportunity is missed. Throughout the day, you collaborate closely with the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff of appointments and helping drive traffic to the showroom. Your communication is prompt and professional, and your focus is always on creating a positive, informed experience for every potential buyer. At New Jersey's largest independent used car dealer, every day brings a new opportunity to help customers find the right vehicle while contributing to a fast-paced, high-performing team.
