Full Job Description Description:
Working to directly support the commercial division, the Jr. Commercial Property Leasing Representative is responsible for qualifying prospective tenants, coordinating property tours with prospects and brokers and the general maintenance of the competitive database. Our company's robust portfolio including office, medical, industrial, and retail space. This agent will work closely with the EVP of Commercial Leasing to negotiate and process new leases and related legal paperwork while adhering to the company's leasing strategy.
Areas of Responsibility/ Essential Functions:
  • Solicit, secure, and close qualified leads and referrals for lease agreements
  • Develop, manage, and maintain client and tenant relationships while working towards goal of 100% tenant retention and renewal
  • Lead property tours with prospects, clients, and brokers
  • Perform multi-faceted collaboration with numerous departments including marketing, construction, accounting, and asset management
  • Collaborate and review draft lease agreements, and other legal documents (e.
g., lease addendums, amendments, LOIs, RFPs, Estoppels, SNDAs, Assignment and Assumption, consent, lease abstracts, lease modification)
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years in real estate management and leasing
  • New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson License required
  • B.
A. or B.S. degree.

Pay:
$85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
