Role:

As a Freight Broker TL/LTL, your main responsibility will be to oversee the transportation of goods and materials for our company. Minimum Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics role Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry practices Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using transportation management software

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field Experience in managing TL/LTL shipments Familiarity with different modes of transportation (e.g., trucking, rail, air, ocean) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with carriers and customers
