We are looking for an outgoing, warm, and highly organized Wedding Sales Coordinator to join our team. Our venue is already one of the most sought-after wedding venues in New Jersey, and our beautiful new building—featuring an indoor ceremony space, beauty salon, and game room—has made us busier than ever. These incredible new spaces allow us to offer couples an even more elevated and luxurious wedding experience. Key Responsibilities Build strong, genuine relationships with couples and guide them through every step of the booking and planning process. Deliver exceptional service and consistently go the extra mile to exceed expectations. Confidently sell the venue by showcasing our personalized wedding experience, beautiful grounds, and new indoor ceremony space, beauty salon, and game room. Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized office environment for all clients and guests. Collaborate with our team to ensure all wedding details are communicated and executed smoothly. Proactively follow up with leads and create a seamless, enjoyable sales experience. Help couples feel confident and excited about choosing The Mill Lakeside Manor for their special day.
