Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Lead Generator to join our sales team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind building a robust pipeline of potential clients through targeted outreach and strategic communication. Duties Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential B2B clients across various industries Engage prospects through warm calling techniques, establishing rapport and understanding their needs Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update contact information, and manage follow-up activities Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies for lead generation Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client requirements and scheduling follow-up meetings or demos Support the sales process by providing detailed customer insights and maintaining accurate records of interactions Assist in developing outreach scripts and communication strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates Experience Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development roles within technology or related sectors Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers in a professional manner Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear, confident dialogue Knowledge of B2B sales processes, technical sales concepts, and marketing strategies is highly desirable Experience in outbound calling campaigns, warm calling techniques, and customer service excellence Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Join us as a Lead Generator and be part of a vibrant team committed to growth, innovation, and success!
