Job Description
HVAC Lead Generator - $20-$22/Hour + Commission Air Experts | New Jersey Home Depot Locations Air Experts is hiring an outgoing, MONEY-MOTIVATED Lead Generator to actively engage Home Depot customers and generate leads for: ✅ Heating and cooling tune-ups ✅ HVAC system replacements ✅ Free in-home replacement estimates This is an active role. You must be comfortable walking the store, approaching customers and starting conversations throughout your shift. Compensation $20-$22 per hour , based on experience Additional performance-based commissions Ability to earn upwards of $100 for each qualified replacement lead that runs Consistent performers can earn the equivalent of more than $30 per hour , including commission Monthly competition among the Lead Generation Team, with an additional bonus awarded to the top performer Commission earnings are based on performance and are not guaranteed. ⚠ Although this position includes a base hourly rate, it is a performance-based role. Lead Generators must consistently produce qualified leads and earn commission to maintain their position. Key Responsibilities Confidently approach and engage customers Identify potential heating and cooling needs Generate qualified tune-up and replacement leads Accurately collect customer contact information Meet established lead-generation goals Professionally represent Air Experts and Home Depot Who We're Looking For Outgoing, energetic and comfortable talking to anyone Motivated by money, goals and performance Persistent and able to stay positive after hearing "no" Reliable, professional and self-motivated Available during busy retail hours, including evenings and weekends as scheduled Retail sales, lead generation, canvassing or customer-service experience is preferred. HVAC experience is not required. Performance is closely monitored based on customer engagement, lead quality and completed appointments.
